The Print Process
The result of this process is a flag that doesn't just look printed—it looks saturated. Because the dye becomes part of the fabric’s DNA, the benefits are significant:

Superior Durability: The prints won’t crack, peel, or flake off over time, even when exposed to harsh outdoor elements.
Soft Hand Feel: Because there is no "ink layer" on the surface, the flag remains soft and lightweight, allowing it to fly gracefully in the slightest breeze. Single-Sided vs. Double-Sided.

Most sublimation flags are printed "single-sided reverse," where the ink bleeds through the fabric so the design is visible on the back. However, for premium displays, double-sided flags use two printed layers sewn together with a blackout liner in between. This ensures your logo reads correctly from both directions without any "ghosting."

Maintenance and Use
Sublimation flags are remarkably low-maintenance. They are typically machine washable and UV-resistant, making them ideal for everything from corporate trade shows to windy storefronts.
